As a matter of fact, 5 years ago I was tired all the time, was diagnosed with IBS, had tons of food allergies, had acne prone skin, debilitating cramps every month during my period & my progesterone levels were not high enough to maintain a healthy pregnancy.
Fast forward to now…I can drink milk & eat bread all day without any stomach discomfort, no longer have IBS, have clear skin, have regular pain free periods, and have had 2 healthy pregnancies & have 2 thriving kids.
